Machine reading comprehension is still in its infancy, but someday a computer will be able to read every bit of online info on a given subject and summarize it back to you in a matter of minutes- or less.
A doctor could get an overview of every piece of info recorded about a rare disease. Or a lawyer could get a summary of all legal opinions on a obscure case. Machine reading will give us high-speed access to all the accumulated human knowledge ever written. It will unlock human potential in ways never before possible.
